Delivery
Immediate delivery ex. works Leicester, UK. Subject to remaining unsold.
 
Terms of payment
Payment by irrevocable letter of credit established in our favour and confirmed by a first-class bank in the UK.
All bank charges inclusive of confirmation fees to be met by the applicant.
The letter of credit should have clauses to allow for the following: -
Terms: -
a.                   30%   payable at time of order against invoice
b.                  70%   payable against shipping documents
 
Shipment of partly packed equipment
2.         Shipment on deck
3.         Partial shipments
4.         Shipment from any E.U. Port
 
Warranty:
The plant is guaranteed for twelve (12) months in accordance with our standard conditions of sale.
 
Validity:
The tendered price remains firm for thirty (30) days from the above date providing the equipment is ordered during this period.
 
Standard conditions of sale:
All equipment is supplied in accordance with our standard terms of business, a copy of which is enclosed.
The goods remain the property of Parker Plant Ltd until paid for in full. (Clause 12 Parker Plant Ltd conditions of sale)
